Market Your Home

Once the price is set I will list your home with MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and get some visibility to its availability on the market. I will offer open houses, both to real estate agents and to the general public, to drive interest in the property. When offers are made by buyers, I'll bring them to you for evaluation.

Negotiations

One of the most important services I offer is the ability to negotiate with potential buyers to get you a fair price in a reasonable timeframe. Sometimes this means that you'll need to do some work to your property. Other times it may mean you extend or contract the escrow timetable. In all cases, I will work for you to get you the best deal I can on your property.

Paperwork

There's a lot of paperwork associated with the selling of real estate in California. As we go through the paperwork, I'll explain anything that's not clear. I'll recommend an escrow company and a title company - important aspects of closing a real estate deal. I want to help you complete this somewhat intimidating aspect of selling your home with as little stress as possible.
