California Association of Realtors (C.A.R.) Director & Member of the Professional Standards and the Land Use Committees — I provide input and opinions on legislation affecting real estate issues and vote on changes in California Association of Realtors' policy and procedures. Our goal is to protect private property rights, and promote real estate ownership and professional conduct of Realtors. (since 2004)

Certified Residential Specialist, earned designation — only 4% of all Realtors have this prestigious designation, which denotes extensive specialized training and extensive experience in residential sales. (since 1995)

"Realtor of the Year", awarded by the Nevada County Board of Realtors (2006)
"Realtor Associate of the Year", awarded by the Nevada County Board of Realtors (1986)
